Qualifications

• Minimum of 7 years of experience in quantity surveying with a focus on commercial and residential projects.
• Professional registration with the South African Council for the Quantity Surveying Profession (SACQSP).
• Expertise in measurement, costing, and contract administration (FIDIC, JBCC).
• Excellent analytical, negotiation, and communication skills.
• Familiarity with cost management software and BIM concepts advantageous for Pretoria projects.
