This role is integral to managing the costs and financial aspects of construction projects from inception to completion. You will be responsible for estimating, cost control, contract administration, and financial reporting, ensuring projects remain within budget and deliver maximum value. The ideal candidate is adept at financial analysis, has a keen eye for detail, and possesses excellent negotiation skills, playing a crucial part in the financial success of diverse construction ventures in the Gauteng region.

Key Responsibilities
