Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Quantity Surveying or related discipline.
• Minimum 10 years of experience as a Quantity Surveyor with lead responsibilities.
• Expertise in cost management, contract law and construction economics.
• Proficiency in relevant quantity surveying software and estimation tools.
• Excellent negotiation, analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Strong understanding of construction processes and industry best practices.

Responsibilities

• Prepare detailed cost estimates and bills of quantities for various construction projects.
• Manage contract administration, including tendering, negotiation and award of subcontracts.
• Monitor project expenditures, track costs and provide regular financial reports.
