Job summary

TotalEnergies Renewables Southern Africa is seeking a Senior Project Planner to manage planning, scheduling and reporting for large PV and wind projects at the construction site. You will work with EPC contractors, keep project controls tools updated, and ensure real-time health of the program.

The role requires Primavera P6 proficiency, a Bachelor degree in engineering, and at least five years of planning experience on EPC-scale renewables projects, with travel to site as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree in engineering or related field.
• 5+ years planning and scheduling of large PV/Wind projects.
• Experience on EPC side mandatory.
• Proficiency in Primavera P6 and MS Project.
• Willingness to be located at construction site.
• Valid driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain project schedules and control procedures with EPC contractor.
• Monitor critical paths, milestones, and KPIs to de-risk the project.
• Prepare weekly/monthly progress reports and manage project claims analysis.
• Ensure HSE compliance and promote safe working environment.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams and Project Director for real-time project health.
