Responsibilities

About the Role

Our client, a leader in the financial technology sector, is seeking an accomplished Lead Project Manager to drive critical IT Systems Integration initiatives in Randburg, Gauteng .

This role is pivotal in ensuring the seamless convergence of disparate technology systems, enhancing operational efficiency, and enabling new business capabilities. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in managing complex IT projects, particularly those involving system integrations, enterprise resource planning (ERP) implementations, and cloud migrations. You will lead cross-functional teams, manage vendor relationships, and ensure successful delivery of integrated solutions that meet strategic business objectives within the dynamic IT landscape of Randburg, Gauteng .

Key Responsibilities

Requirements

• Proven experience with ERP implementations (e.g., SAP, Oracle), CRM integrations, or significant cloud migration projects (AWS, Azure, GCP).
• Strong understanding of various integration methodologies, middleware technologies, and API management.
• Experience working with Agile and Waterfall project management methodologies.
• Excellent leadership, team-building, and conflict resolution skills.
• Outstanding communication, presentation, and stakeholder management abilities.
• Demonstrated experience in managing IT budgets and controlling costs effectively.
• Experience with risk management and change management in IT environments.
• Relevant certifications such as PMP, ITIL, or Agile certifications (CSM, SAFe) are highly valued.
