Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Petroleum or Mechanical Engineering or Mechanical Engineering.
• 9+ years of experience in production engineering with leadership background.
• Strong knowledge of production operations, artificial lift, and surface facility design.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement strategies to optimize oil and gas production rates and recovery factors.
• Oversee operation and maintenance of production facilities, including separators, pumps, and compressors.
• Analyze production data, identify bottlenecks, and propose solutions for improvement.
• Manage artificial lift systems (e.g., ESPs, rod pumps) and troubleshoot issues.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations.
