You will analyze production data, identify opportunities for improvement, and implement solutions to enhance recovery rates, efficiency, and safety.

The ideal candidate has a solid background in production operations, artificial lift systems, well integrity, and production optimization techniques.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Petroleum Engineering or related field.
• Minimum of 7 years of experience in production engineering within the Oil & Gas industry.
• Expertise in artificial lift systems, surface facilities, and production optimization techniques.
• Strong understanding of well testing, fluid properties, and surface processing.
• Familiarity with process safety management (PSM) principles.

Responsibilities

• Monitor well performance and production rates, identifying deviations and implementing corrective actions.
• Design and implement strategies for artificial lift systems (e.g., ESPs, gas lift, rod pumps).
• Conduct regular well integrity tests and ensure compliance with safety regulations.
• Troubleshoot production problems, including flow assurance issues and equipment malfunctions.
• Collaborate with reservoir and drilling engineers on production optimization and development plans.
• Manage the allocation of production resources and optimize facility operations.
