Qualifications

• Must have a degree in a business, IT, engineering, marketing or related field.
• Certified Product Owner and/or SAFe Product Owner certification required.
• Minimum 6 years' experience as a Senior/Lead Product Owner in an Agile delivery environment.
• Proven track record delivering large-scale, complex digital products.
• Strong ability to translate business strategy into roadmaps and releases.
• Experience with cross-functional teams including UX/UI, dev, architecture, QA.
• Solid understanding of Agile frameworks, Scrum, SAFe and backlog management.
• Knowledge of CX, digital commerce and omnichannel product development.
• Experience using analytics for data-driven decisions and customer insights.
• Understanding APIs, system integrations, data models, microservices, and architecture.
• Knowledge of data privacy regulatory requirements.

Responsibilities

• Define, own, and execute the product vision, strategy, and roadmap.
• Lead solution design for new features while considering customer experience and backend impacts.
• Facilitate requirements gathering with stakeholders to define acceptance criteria.
• Create and manage the product backlog with clearly written user stories.
• Prioritize the backlog to maximize business value and PI objectives.
• Work with UX/UI designers to ensure alignment with requirements and expectations.
• Collaborate with architects and technical teams on designs, integrations, APIs, data flows, and microservices.
• Participate in Agile ceremonies including PI Planning, Sprint Planning, stand-ups, backlog refinement, demos, and Inspect & Adapt.
• Conduct UAT and obtain business sign-off before releases.
• Develop release plans and monitor delivery against objectives.
• Drive digital customer engagement and omnichannel experiences to improve acquisition and retention.
• Utilise customer insights and analytics to continuously improve products and journeys.
• Produce regular product reports, updates, and stakeholder communications.
• Act as SME; mentor and coach Product Owners and promote Agile best practices.
