Job summary

Clicks Group Limited is seeking a Digital Product Owner to lead end-to-end lifecycle of digital products across web, mobile and marketplace platforms from our Cape Town head office. You’ll define features, manage backlogs, and align delivery with business goals, customers, and digital transformation objectives.

In this role you’ll use data, research, and feedback to guide decisions, drive product adoption, and report on success metrics while ensuring security, scalability and regulatory

Qualifications

• 3–5 years in Product Owner/PM roles with digital products.
• Strong understanding of digital customer journeys and CX.
• Experience in agile squads with backlog and sprint planning.
• Knowledge of POPIA and data privacy requirements.
• Proficiency with analytics tools and API integrations.

Responsibilities

• Define, prioritise, and launch digital features and enhancements.
• Create a clear product roadmap with backlogs and timelines.
• Translate vision into features and measurable outcomes.
• Use data and customer feedback to guide decisions.
• Drive adoption and improve customer experience and revenue.
• Track metrics (conversion, CSAT, NPS) and report insights.
• Ensure scalable, secure, compliant products and manage risks.
• Collaborate with design, development, QA, and stakeholders.
• Balance resources, timelines, and priorities across squads.
