Guardrisk invites a senior pricing actuary to lead the Pricing team and collaborate with clients and internal teams on pricing strategies for life insurance products. You will build robust technical pricing models, review new and existing products, and help ensure profitability and regulatory compliance.

The role requires an actuarial credential, life insurance pricing experience, and strong leadership to mentor junior analysts and drive strategic outcomes in a dynamic market.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Actuarial Science, Mathematics, Statistics or related field.
• Qualified Actuary.
• Experience in life insurance pricing.
• Experience with managing a team would be advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Support pricing strategies for life insurance products.
• Review and refine pricing models to ensure competitiveness and profitability.
• Develop robust technical pricing models.
• Ensure regulatory and professional compliance by reviewing new products against relevant guidelines.
• Contribute to the structuring and negotiation of new deals to optimize business outcomes.
• Lead and mentor the Pricing team, providing guidance to junior actuarial analysts.
• Engage with clients and internal stakeholders to communicate complex technical insights effectively.
