Job summary

Guardrisk is seeking an experienced pricing actuary to review and sign off on new and changing life insurance products, and to lead technical pricing initiatives. You will collaborate with clients and internal teams to structure deals and optimize business outcomes.

The role involves developing robust pricing models, ensuring regulatory compliance, and mentoring the Pricing team. A strong background in life insurance pricing and actuarial leadership is essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Actuarial Science, Mathematics, Statistics or related field
• Qualified Actuary
• Experience in life insurance pricing
• Experience with managing a team would be advantageous

The role will play an integral part at Guardrisk, working in a unique environment along with our clients and internal teams to review and sign off on new/changing products and pricing. This role includes technical pricing work, working on multiple other facets of the solutions, working with clients, structuring of deals, solving interesting problems in the business and management of the Pricing team.
