The role requires strong non-life pricing, modelling experience, and exposure to risk management frameworks, with a focus on delivering commercially sound solutions.

Qualifications

• Actuarial degree or mathematics/statistics major.
• Associate Actuary qualification or progress towards Fellowship.
• Short-term insurance examinations advantageous.

Responsabilités

• Lead pricing and product development initiatives across portfolios.
• Conduct pricing reviews and strategies to improve profitability.
• Assess new business opportunities and product offerings.
• Review actuarial work and provide guidance to juniors.
• Partner with stakeholders to develop innovative risk solutions.
• Investigate experience trends and recommend corrective actions.
• Support financial performance monitoring and actuarial reporting.
• Ensure governance, regulatory and risk management compliance.
• Act as a trusted technical advisor to management.
• Contribute to strategic initiatives and continuous improvement.
