Hire Resolve is seeking an Actuarial Manager specializing in Pricing to lead pricing strategy across insurance products. You will oversee pricing decisions, work with underwriting to ensure risk evaluation, and collaborate with finance and sales to align pricing with business goals.

You will manage a team of actuaries and analysts, mentor staff, and drive process improvements. This role requires strong pricing expertise, collaboration across functions, and regulatory awareness.

Qualifications

• 3 Year Actuarial Science Degree or equivalent qualification.
• Significant progress with actuarial exams.
• Experience in GI insurance pricing and pricing strategy.
• At least 4 years GI insurance pricing experience.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement pricing models for insurance products.
• Analyze historical data to identify trends and develop predictive models.
• Lead a team of actuaries and analysts, mentoring and developing talent.
• Collaborate with underwriting, sales, marketing, and finance to align pricing with business goals.
• Provide pricing insights and reports to senior management and stakeholders.
