Qualifications

• Minimum 2–4 years’ experience as a Supervisor in a construction or roadworks environment.

• Practical experience in paving and asphalt works.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate asphalt paving crews, ensuring correct placement, levels, thickness, and compaction.
• Follow daily work plans and communicate clear instructions to teams.
• Monitor daily production outputs and report delays or constraints.
