Job summary

RPO Recruitment is seeking an experienced Senior Civil Foreman for a well-established civil engineering construction company in Pretoria. You will manage site operations, ensure safety, quality, and productivity on civil works projects.

The ideal candidate has at least 10 years of civil construction experience, 5+ years in a Senior Foreman role, and proven ability to lead teams, coordinate subcontractors, read drawings, and maintain transport readiness. Salary is negotiable.

Qualifications

• Minimum 10 years’ experience in civil construction, with at least 5 years in a Senior Foreman.
• Proven experience in roads, earthworks, stormwater, concrete works, and related civil infrastructure.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Ability to read and interpret civil engineering drawings and specifications.
• Valid driver’s license and own reliable transport.
