Qualifications

• Minimum 7 years in motion graphics with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
• Strong portfolio with title sequences, explainer videos, and broadcast graphics.
• Proficient in After Effects, Premiere Pro, Cinema 4D and related plugins.
• Solid understanding of animation, typography, color theory, and composition.
• Proven ability to lead, inspire, and manage a remote creative team.
• Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Animation or related field.

Requirements
