Key Responsibilities

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Lead Motion Graphics Animator or Senior Motion Designer, with a strong portfolio demonstrating expertise in animation and design.
• Proficiency in industry-standard software such as Adobe After Effects, Premiere Pro, Illustrator, and Photoshop.
• Strong understanding of animation principles, timing, and visual storytelling.
• Experience leading and mentoring creative teams in a collaborative environment.
• Excellent project management and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a remote setting.
• Exceptional attention to detail and a keen eye for aesthetics.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, essential for remote collaboration.
• Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Animation, Film, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
• Experience with 3D software (e.g., Cinema 4D, Blender) is a significant advantage.
