Responsibilities

Requirements

• Expert proficiency in industry-standard motion graphics software, including Adobe After Effects, Premiere Pro, Cinema 4D, and related plugins.
• Solid understanding of animation principles, typography, color theory, and composition.
• Proven ability to lead, inspire, and manage a creative team in a remote setting.
• Excellent communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills.
• Experience in project management, including timeline and budget oversight.
• Ability to adapt to changing project requirements and deliver high-quality results under pressure.
• Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Animation, Digital Media, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
