About the Role

Our client, a cutting-edge digital media house, is seeking an exceptionally talented and experienced Lead Motion Graphics Designer to spearhead their animation and visual effects team. The successful candidate will be responsible for conceptualizing, designing, and executing high-quality motion graphics for a variety of platforms, including marketing campaigns, explainer videos, social media content, and interactive experiences. You will lead a team of talented designers, providing creative direction, mentorship, and ensuring the highest standards of visual execution. Key Responsibilities

• Lead the conceptualization and creation of dynamic motion graphics and visual effects for various media.
• Direct and mentor a team of motion graphics designers, providing constructive feedback and fostering creative growth.
• Develop project timelines, manage workflows, and ensure timely delivery of all motion graphics assets.
• Collaborate with art directors, producers, and clients to understand project goals and translate them into compelling visual narratives.
• Create storyboards, animatics, and style frames to effectively communicate design ideas.
• Experiment with new techniques and technologies to push creative boundaries.
• Ensure brand consistency and adherence to project specifications.
• Manage asset libraries and maintain organized project files for efficient collaboration.
• Perform final quality checks and render final output files.
• Stay actively involved in industry trends and advancements in motion design and animation.

Requirements

• Extensive experience as a Motion Graphics Designer, with a significant portion in a lead or senior capacity.
• A compelling portfolio showcasing exceptional work in motion graphics, animation, and visual effects across multiple projects.
• Advanced proficiency in Adobe After Effects, Premiere Pro, Cinema 4D, and other relevant 3D and compositing software.
• Strong understanding of animation principles, visual storytelling, and design aesthetics.
• Proven experience leading and mentoring creative teams in a remote setting.
• Excellent project management, organizational, and communication skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines without compromising quality.
• Experience with character animation, particle systems, and advanced compositing techniques is highly desirable.
• Bachelor's degree in Animation, Graphic Design, Film Production, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
• A strong understanding of visual effects pipelines and workflows.
