You should have at least 5 years of professional experience, a strong portfolio, and proficiency in After Effects, Premiere Pro, Illustrator, Photoshop, and Cinema 4D.

Responsabilités

• Conceptualize, design, and execute high-quality motion graphics for various media, including promotional videos, social media content, explainer animations, and interactive experiences.
• Develop storyboards, animatics, and style frames to effectively communicate design concepts and narrative flow.
• Collaborate closely with directors, producers, and other creative professionals to ensure alignment with project objectives and brand guidelines.
• Create 2D and 3D animations, visual effects, and transitions that enhance viewer engagement and convey information clearly.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously, adhering to deadlines and maintaining consistent quality across all deliverables in a remote setting.
• Stay abreast of the latest trends and technologies in motion graphics, animation, and visual design.
• Provide creative direction and feedback to junior designers and external collaborators.

• A strong portfolio showcasing a wide range of motion graphics projects, with an emphasis on creative problem-solving and technical execution.
• Excellent understanding of design principles, typography, color theory, and composition.
• Proven ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a remote work environment.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to articulate design decisions clearly.
• Experience with scripting and expressions in After Effects is a plus.
