Key Responsibilities

• Conceptualize and design captivating motion graphics for a diverse range of projects, including branding, marketing campaigns, social media content, and explainer videos.
• Develop storyboards, style frames, and animatics to effectively communicate design concepts and narrative flow to stakeholders.
• Execute high-quality 2D and 3D animations using industry-standard software.
• Collaborate closely with creative directors, art directors, and other team members to ensure visual consistency and alignment with project goals.
• Incorporate feedback from various teams and revise designs as necessary to meet project objectives.
• Stay abreast of the latest trends, techniques, and technologies in motion graphics and animation.
• Optimize motion graphics for various digital platforms and formats, ensuring performance and quality.
• Maintain a strong understanding of branding guidelines and apply them meticulously to all creative output.
• Contribute to brainstorming sessions and provide creative input during project development phases.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Motion Graphics Designer or similar role, with a strong portfolio showcasing exceptional animation and design skills.
• Proficiency in industry-standard software such as Adobe After Effects, Cinema 4D, Premiere Pro, Photoshop, and Illustrator.
• Solid understanding of animation principles, typography, color theory, and visual composition.
• Experience with 3D modeling, texturing, and rendering is highly desirable.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to articulate design decisions effectively.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and a keen eye for detail.
