Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Mechanical Engineering.
• 8+ years of mechanical design experience with product development focus.
• Expertise in 3D CAD modeling (SolidWorks, Inventor) and 2D drafting.
• Strong knowledge of FEA software and design validation.
• Experience with materials selection and manufacturing processes.

Responsibilities

• Lead design of mechanical components and assemblies using CAD.
• Perform stress, thermal, and vibration analyses for validation.
• Create manufacturing drawings, BOMs, and specs.
• Collaborate with manufacturing to optimize for cost and production.
• Provide technical leadership and mentor junior engineers.
