Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years as a Licensed Massage Therapist with at least 2 years in a supervisory or lead role.
• Advanced certification in multiple massage modalities (e.g., deep tissue, sports massage, Swedish, hot stone).
• Proven ability to manage and motivate a team of therapists effectively.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills.
• Strong understanding of anatomy, physiology, and contraindications for massage therapy.
• Knowledge of spa management software and scheduling systems is advantageous.
