You will oversee guest services, maintain standards of service, and collaborate with management to deliver unforgettable guest experiences. Accommodation is provided as part of a live-in package, with 21 days on and 7 days off.
Qualifications
- Experience in a luxury lodge or five-star hospitality environment.
- Passion for guest service and creating unforgettable experiences.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong leadership, organisational and problem-solving abilities.
- Computer literacy and experience with hospitality management systems.
- Valid driver’s licence.
- Rooms Division experience.
- Practical with some maintenance experience.
- Professional presentation and a positive, can-do attitude.
