Job summary

Bright Placements (PTY) Ltd seeks an experienced hospitality professional to manage daily lodge operations at a luxury safari environment. You will lead front-of-house, guest relations, and F&B teams to deliver an unparalleled guest experience.

The ideal candidate has 3–5 years in a supervisory role within luxury hospitality, with remote lodge experience and a strong focus on staff development and service excellence.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years in a supervisory/management role within luxury lodge, hotel or safari environment.
• Experience in a luxury safari lodge is advantageous.
• Knowledge of luxury service standards and front-of-house operations.
• Comfortable working in a remote lodge environment and willing to live on site if provided.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily lodge operations and guest relations to ensure an exceptional guest experience.
• Lead and motivate a diverse team across departments.
• Monitor standards of service, safety, and presentation.
