Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field.
• Minimum 7 years in maintenance engineering focused on heavy industrial/mining equipment.
• Proven experience leading and managing technical teams.
• Strong diagnostic skills and familiarity with diagnostic tools.
• Knowledge of hydraulics, pneumatics, electrical systems, and power transmission.
• Experience with EAM/CMMS is essential.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and manage all aspects of heavy machinery maintenance, including preventive, corrective, and predictive programs.
• Lead, train, and mentor a team of maintenance technicians.
• Diagnose complex mechanical, hydraulic, and electrical failures in large-scale mining equipment.
• Develop and implement maintenance strategies to improve reliability and reduce costs.
• Manage spare parts inventory and coordinate with suppliers for procurement.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations.
