The ideal candidate brings a strong mechanical/electrical background, 7+ years in maintenance with 2+ in supervision, and a proactive approach to safety and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering or related field.
• Minimum 7 years in maintenance engineering with at least 2 years in supervision.
• Extensive knowledge of industrial equipment maintenance, diagnostics, and repair.
• Proven ability to manage budgets, resources, and teams.
• Strong understanding of HSE standards and practices.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and refine preventative and reactive maintenance programs for all plant machinery and equipment.
• Lead, mentor, and manage a team of maintenance technicians, ensuring efficient task allocation and performance.
• Conduct root cause analysis for equipment failures and implement corrective actions to prevent recurrence.
• Oversee the maintenance budget, ensuring cost-effective operations without compromising quality or safety.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations.
• Collaborate with production and engineering teams to optimize equipment reliability and performance.
