Qualifications

• Advanced degree (MSc or PhD) in Earth Sciences or Geothermal Engineering.
• Minimum 12 years of specialized geothermal experience.
• Proven leadership and project management capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Lead the assessment and characterization of geothermal resources, including geological surveys and data analysis.
• Oversee drilling, completion of wells, and safety/compliance.
• Manage conceptual and detailed design of geothermal power plants.
• Develop and implement operational strategies to optimize performance and lifespan of assets.
• Conduct feasibility studies and economic analyses for new projects.
