Qualifications

• Advanced degree (MSc or PhD) in Geothermal Engineering, Petroleum Engineering, Geology, or closely related field.
• 10–15 years of progressive experience in geothermal resource development and project leadership.
• Extensive knowledge of geothermal systems, reservoir characterization, well design, and power plant engineering.
• Experience with geothermal exploration techniques and data interpretation.
• Proficiency in reservoir simulation software (TOUGH2) and geological modeling tools.
• Professional Engineer (PE) registration or equivalent is highly desirable.

Responsibilities

• Lead the conceptualization, design, and execution of geothermal exploration and development projects.
• Oversee geological and geophysical surveys for site assessment and resource evaluation.
• Manage engineering design and construction phases of geothermal power plants, ensuring safety and environmental standards.
• Develop and implement advanced reservoir modeling and simulation to optimize energy extraction.
• Provide technical guidance on drilling, well completion, and production operations.
• Conduct feasibility studies and techno-economic assessments for potential projects.
• Collaborate with regulators, communities, and stakeholders to ensure project success.
• Mentor junior engineers and promote technical excellence.
