Qualifikationen

• Minimum 8 years' hands-on geothermal exploration and resource development.
• Proven expertise in geological modeling, reservoir simulation and well-logging interpretation.
• Demonstrated ability to manage multidisciplinary teams and complex technical projects.
• Strong understanding of geothermal power plant technologies and energy conversion systems.
• Excellent report writing, presentation skills, and experience interacting with stakeholders.

• Conduct geological and geophysical surveys to identify geothermal resource sites.
• Develop and manage drilling programs including well design, execution, and testing.
• Analyze reservoir performance data to optimize extraction and injection strategies.
