You will guide a team of geoscientists, collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, and contribute to the company's strategic growth through the identification of viable energy resources. Key Responsibilities

• Lead the geological and geophysical evaluation of exploration acreage, identifying and maturing prospective plays.
• Develop and interpret subsurface models using seismic, well log, and other geological data.
• Utilize advanced software for data visualization, interpretation, and prospect ranking.
• Collaborate with reservoir engineers and drilling teams to optimize exploration well placement and design.
• Mentor and guide junior geoscientists, fostering a culture of technical excellence and innovation in geoscience.

Requirements

• Master's or PhD in Geology, Geophysics, or a related earth science discipline.
• Over 10 years of progressive experience in oil and gas exploration geoscience.
• Extensive experience with seismic interpretation, well correlation, and geological modeling software.
• Demonstrated success in prospect generation and risk assessment in frontier or complex basins.
• Strong leadership, teamwork, and communication skills, with the ability to present complex data clearly.
