You will lead a team of editors and post-production staff, ensuring creative vision, technical quality, and adherence to project timelines and budgets. Key Responsibilities

• Edit film and video content, including narrative features, documentaries, commercials, and corporate videos, to a high standard.
• Collaborate closely with directors, producers, and other creative team members to achieve the desired artistic vision.
• Manage and oversee the entire post-production pipeline, including ingest, logging, editing, sound design, color grading, and final output.
• Supervise and mentor junior editors and post-production assistants, providing guidance and feedback.
• Ensure the technical quality and consistency of all delivered assets, adhering to broadcast and delivery specifications.
• Manage post-production schedules, budgets, and resources effectively.
• Troubleshoot technical issues related to editing software, hardware, and codecs.
• Maintain organized project files and media archives.
• Stay abreast of the latest trends and technologies in film editing and post-production.
• Oversee the integration of visual effects, motion graphics, and sound design elements into the edit.

Requirements

• Minimum of 7 years of professional experience as a Film Editor, with a strong portfolio showcasing diverse projects.
• Proven experience in a supervisory or lead role within a post-production environment.
• Expert proficiency in non-linear editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, Avid Media Composer.
• Solid understanding of color grading (DaVinci Resolve), sound editing, and motion graphics software.
• Excellent storytelling, pacing, and rhythm skills.
• Strong organizational and time management abilities, with meticulous attention to detail.
• Experience managing post-production workflows, including asset management and delivery.
