About the Role Our client, a significant telecommunications infrastructure company in Rustenburg , North West , is seeking an experienced and visionary Lead Fibre Optic Deployment Engineer. This senior position requires an individual with exceptional leadership capabilities and extensive expertise in the planning, execution, and management of fibre optic network deployments. You will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of fibre projects, from initial design and survey to final activation and testing, ensuring adherence to quality standards, timelines, and budget constraints. This is a critical role in expanding our client's high-speed internet capabilities across the region and requires a deep understanding of fibre optic technology and project management within the North West province.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage teams of fibre optic technicians and engineers throughout the deployment lifecycle.
• Develop comprehensive project plans, including resource allocation, timelines, and risk assessments for fibre optic projects.
• Oversee the design and engineering of fibre optic networks, ensuring optimal route selection and network architecture.

Requirements
