Requirements

• Proficiency in fiber optic testing equipment (OTDR, VFL, power meters) and techniques.
• Strong understanding of optical network architecture, PON, GPON, and DWDM technologies.
• Knowledge of network documentation and CAD software.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including occasional nights and weekends, to address network emergencies.
• Valid driver's license and ability to travel within the region as required.
