Job summary
Placements24 in Port Elizabeth is seeking an experienced Equipment Installation Supervisor to lead a team of technicians and manage installation projects. You will coordinate resources, ensure safety, quality, and client satisfaction throughout the installation lifecycle.
The ideal candidate will have a strong Installation & Maintenance background, excellent leadership skills, and a proven track record of delivering complex on-site projects in the Eastern Cape.
Qualifications
- Significant leadership experience in equipment installation or maintenance.
- Strong planning, organizing and project management abilities.
- Proven ability to lead a technical team on-site.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Responsibilities
- Supervise installation technicians, providing direction and technical guidance.
- Plan and schedule installation activities, coordinating manpower and materials.
- Monitor progress against schedules, budgets and quality standards.
- Conduct site inspections to ensure safety and specifications are met.
- Communicate with clients and stakeholders to address concerns.
- Perform final quality checks and sign-offs on installations.
