Job summary

FairPlay Engineering is seeking a Lead Electrical Engineer to spearhead electrical engineering on complex industrial, energy, and data-centre projects. You will coordinate multidisciplinary teams, oversee design activities, and guide projects from concept through detailed engineering and execution.

You will mentor engineers, ensure design quality, and contribute to sustainable, future-proof electrical infrastructure across energy and industrial sectors.

Responsibilities

• Lead electrical engineering activities on multidisciplinary projects.
• Develop and review electrical system designs across all phases.
• Design high-, medium-, and low-voltage systems and prepare SLDs.
• Coordinate power distribution, grounding, and protection systems.
• Ensure compliance with international standards and client requirements.
• Mentor engineers and review technical work for quality assurance.
• Support tendering, bids, and project planning activities.
• Collaborate with civil, mechanical, instrumentation and control teams.
• Engage with clients in meetings and design workshops.
