You will lead a team of engineers and designers, setting technical direction and ensuring high standards of safety, quality, and sustainability.

Qualifications

Master's degree in Electrical Engineering or related field required.
10+ years of experience in electrical engineering with focus on commercial real estate development.
Proven leadership of engineering teams and multiple projects.

Responsibilities

Lead the electrical engineering design process for major commercial real estate projects from concept to completion.
Manage and mentor a team of electrical engineers and designers, fostering technical excellence and professional growth.
Develop and review electrical designs, specifications, load calculations, and energy efficiency strategies.
