• Extensive knowledge of power systems, control automation, and project management methodologies.
• Demonstrated experience with electrical design software and simulation tools relevant to large infrastructure projects.
• Ability to lead and motivate a technical team in a hybrid work setting.
• Exceptional communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
