Placements24 is seeking a Lead Cloud Engineer for a fully remote position to shape and manage scalable cloud infrastructure across AWS, Azure, or GCP. You will lead a team of cloud engineers, set architectural standards, and drive IaC and CI/CD practices.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field, or equivalent experience.
• Extensive experience in cloud architecture, deployment, and management, with focus on at least one major cloud provider.
• Proven experience leading engineering teams and mentoring junior members.
• Deep understanding of containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes) and orchestration.
• Proficiency in scripting languages (e.g., Python, Bash) and infrastructure as code tools.
• Strong knowledge of networking, security principles, and performance tuning in cloud environments.
