Placements24 is recruiting a Senior Software Engineer for a remote-first team building scalable cloud infrastructure. You will design, implement, and maintain resilient services across AWS/Azure/GCP with IaC, automation, and secure-by-default principles.

You will lead CI/CD pipelines, mentor engineers, and collaborate with product managers to deliver high-availability solutions for a global user base.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• 5+ years of professional software development and cloud engineering experience.
• Proficiency with AWS, Azure, or GCP and cloud services.
• Strong programming skills in Python, Go, or Java; scripting experience.
• Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, Terraform, and Ansible.
• Excellent problem-solving and remote collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and manage scalable, secure, and highly available cloud infrastructure using infrastructure-as-code principles.
