Placements24 is seeking a Site Development Civil Engineer to join our team in Soweto, South Africa. The role focuses on planning, design, and execution of land development projects across residential, commercial, and industrial sites.

You will coordinate site layouts, utilities, grading, and drainage to ensure compliant and functional developments. The ideal candidate has a Civil Engineering degree, EIT or professional registration, and at least 4 years' experience in site development

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field
• EIT certification or professional registration
• 4+ years of site development engineering experience

Mansioni

• Design site layouts, grading plans, and utility systems for land development projects
• Conduct site investigations, feasibility studies, and prepare preliminary designs and cost estimates
• Ensure compliance with local zoning ordinances, building codes, and environmental regulations
• Coordinate with utility companies, government agencies, and other consultants
• Prepare and process development applications and permits
