Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate daily site activities, including labor, equipment, and material management.
• Ensure construction work aligns with project plans, specifications, and quality standards.
• Implement and enforce health, safety, and environmental regulations on site.
• Monitor progress and report deviations from schedule or budget to the site manager.
• Manage site resources efficiently, including tools, equipment, and personnel.
• Conduct toolbox talks and safety briefings for site personnel.
• Inspect work performed by subcontractors and direct labor.
• Maintain a clean and organized construction site.
• Assist in resolving on-site issues and conflicts.
• Keep accurate daily site records, including progress reports and safety observations.
