Placements24 in Rustenburg is seeking an experienced Childminder Supervisor to lead the early years team, overseeing daily operations for children aged 3 months to 5 years, ensuring high standards of care, safety, and education.

You will mentor and manage a team of childminders, develop curriculum, ensure regulatory compliance, and foster strong partnerships with parents. A Diploma or Degree in Early Childhood Education and at least 5 years in the field with 2 in supervision are required.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Degree in Early Childhood Education or related field.
• Minimum 5 years in early childhood education, including 2+ years in supervision.
• Proven leadership and team management experience.
• Strong knowledge of developmentally appropriate curriculum frameworks.

Responsibilities
