The role requires strong leadership, budgeting, and regulatory knowledge, with a focus on staff development and parental engagement to drive the centre's vision.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in a management or supervisory role within a childcare setting.
• Thorough knowledge of early childhood development, pedagogy, and curriculum frameworks.
• Proven experience in staff management, training, and development.
• Strong understanding of health, safety, and licensing regulations pertaining to childcare centres.
• Excellent financial management and budgeting skills.
• Exceptional leadership, communication, and interpersonal abilities.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all aspects of daily centre operations, ensuring efficiency and adherence to standards.
• Lead a team of childcare professionals, providing guidance, support, and professional development.
• Develop and implement operational policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with regulations and licensing requirements.
• Manage the centre's budget, financial planning, and resource allocation.
