Candidates should have 7+ years in 3D modeling, leadership experience, and proficiency in Maya, 3ds Max, Blender or ZBrush, plus strong knowledge of topology, UV mapping and PBR workflows. A strong portfolio is essential.

About the Role

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor a team of 3D modelers , providing direction and feedback.
• Oversee the creation of high-poly and low-poly 3D assets, including characters, environments, and props.
• Establish and enforce modeling standards , best practices, and workflows.
• Collaborate with art directors and technical artists to ensure asset quality and technical feasibility.
• Review and approve 3D models, providing constructive criticism and solutions.
• Manage asset production schedules and ensure timely delivery of high-quality 3D assets.

Requirements

• Extensive experience (7+ years) as a 3D Modeler , with a significant portion in a lead or senior role.
• Proficiency in industry-standard 3D modeling software such as Maya, 3ds Max, Blender, or ZBrush.
• Strong understanding of topology, UV mapping, texturing, and PBR workflows.
• Proven ability to lead and motivate a team of artists.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• A strong portfolio showcasing diverse and high-quality 3D modeling work.
