Placements24 in Mossel Bay is seeking a Lead Concept Artist to shape the visual identity of upcoming IPs. You will guide a team of concept artists, translating scripts into compelling visuals and maintaining a consistent aesthetic across productions.

You will collaborate with directors and art directors, develop style guides, and push creative boundaries in a hybrid work setting in Mossel Bay.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in concept art for games, film, or animation.
• At least 3 years in a leadership role.
• Strong portfolio showing diverse styles and ideas.
• Proficiency in Photoshop, Procreate or similar tools.
• Deep understanding of anatomy, perspective, color theory, composition, and storytelling.
• Experience leading and motivating creative teams and managing workflows.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.

Requirements
