Job summary

Placements24 is seeking a skilled 3D Modeler to join our team on a part-time basis in Klerksdorp. You will create high-quality 3D assets, including characters, props, and environments, meeting project specs and artistic requirements.

Work closely with the art director and team to bring concepts to life, contributing to diverse projects within the creative industries in the North West province. This role requires attention to detail and understanding of modeling pipelines.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience as a 3D Modeler, with a portfolio showcasing diverse assets.
• Proficiency in 3D modeling software such as Maya, Blender, 3ds Max, or ZBrush.
• Experience with texture painting software like Substance Painter or Photoshop.
• Good understanding of topology, UV mapping, and PBR workflows.
• Ability to work efficiently on a part-time schedule in our Klerksdorp office.
