Job summary

Stellenbosch Hotel is seeking a dedicated Laundry Attendant on a fixed term contract to deliver a high standard laundry service for linen and towels across departments. You will operate laundry equipment, manage chemicals safely, and ensure timely turnaround while maintaining hygiene and a clean work area.

The role requires a Matric Certificate, hospitality laundry experience, good physical health, and flexibility to work shifts, weekends and public holidays.

The Laundry Attendant is responsible for delivering a high standard laundry service to ensure that all linen and towels are clean, neatly ironed, and distributed to the relevant departments within the hotel. The role includes operating laundry equipment, handling cleaning materials and chemicals safely, maintaining hygiene standards, and ensuring timely turnaround of laundry items. The Laundry Attendant is also responsible for maintaining an organized and clean work environment while adhering to hotel procedures and standards.
