The successful candidate will have a relevant HR qualification, 0–2 years’ experience, and a proactive, detail‑oriented mindset to help deliver a positive employee experience and smooth HR operations.

Qualifications

• A relevant qualification in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 1-2 years of experience in an HR administrative or coordination role.
• Familiarity with HR processes and basic South African labor law.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion.
• A proactive attitude and a willingness to learn.

Responsabilités

• Assist with the recruitment process, including posting jobs, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews.
• Manage and maintain employee records, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.
• Coordinate the onboarding process for new employees.
• Respond to employee inquiries regarding HR policies, procedures, and benefits.
• Provide administrative support to the HR department, including filing and data entry.
• Assist in the organization of HR-related events and training sessions.
