Qualifications

• National Diploma or Bachelor’s in HRM/Industrial Psychology/BA or related field.
• Little to no HR experience required; willingness to learn is key.
• Basic understanding of HR principles and SA labour laws is a plus.
• Proficiency in Word, Excel, Outlook and general MS Office.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to follow instructions and work effectively as part of a team.
• Able to commit to full-time on-site work in Soweto, Gauteng.

Responsibilities

• Assist with the administration of HR policies and procedures.
• Support recruitment by posting ads, screening applications, scheduling interviews.
• Help manage employee records with accuracy and confidentiality.
• Assist onboarding including paperwork and orientation support.
• Respond to basic employee queries regarding HR information.
• Provide admin support for HR meetings, training, and events.
• Assist with data entry for payroll and benefits administration.
• Maintain a well-organized HR filing system.
• Support HR team in day-to-day operational tasks.
• Ensure adherence to company policies and basic labour law principles.
